nextNYers Launching
With the first episode right around the corner, we want to share with you some additional information about the nextNYer series. Each weekly video Web episode will be approximately five minutes long. It will be aimed at a trade audience of press, venture capitalists and analysts. Episodes will begin with an elevator pitch and end with a summation of the company’s main points, allowing executives the opportunity to gain broader awareness for their company in traditional media and raise funds. The video will be live on nextnyers.com, centernetworks.com, nextny.org, and in super syndication across many video sharing web sites. Additionally, featured companies are invited to post their videos on their own Web sites.

great new site. I love how you are targeting new tech companies in NYC.
I live on the UES and have a site called photoblog.com which I started up here in Manhattan.
Hey -- Love the site, but I tried to use the Contact Us part, and it said something about trial software. I'd love to be interviewed for your site -- Bookspoke is a new social network, with a twist. While our mission is to bring together readers and writers, our main way of going about that is to give writers a full suite of tools. We let any writer -- from a journalist to a novelist to a high schooler -- publish-on-demand and digitally, and we give them a turn-key homepage to showcase their work. We're working on a suite of tracking tools and an OpenSocial app to help writers get the word out everywhere. I'd love to be interviewed by you. Thanks!
Sorry for any problems using the contact form, it should be fixed today. In the meantime you can email nextnyers@foryourimagination.com
Thanks for your interest!

good luck with the show, guys...i look forward to seeing the other weekly episodes!
LOVE this site. It's really not being done anywhere else (that I know of) and it's great that New York is FINALLY getting it's time to shine in the tech startup arena. The 5-minute format is perfect. I especially like the pitch at the beginning and the summation at the end. Your questions are concise and very relevant. Kudos.
